Manty, a native of Gujarat, was discovered:
– Walking along the road
– Communicating in Hindi
– Exhibiting wandering behavior
– Poor personal hygiene
– Wearing shabby clothing
– Self-muttering and displaying self-smiling behavior
Immediate Action
Mr. Kumar promptly admitted Manty to Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Home for Men, ensuring his safety and well-being.
