Jamal, a native of Jharkhand who communicates in Hindi, has been admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Home for Men, where he will receive further care and support. Initial assessments revealed that Jamal exhibited signs of wandering behavior, poor personal hygiene, self-muttering, and substance use.
