On 18th September 2024, Mrs. Olivia Crasta, the Trustee and Secretary of Snehalaya, along with Mr. Jovial Crasta, Trustee of Snehalaya, and the Snehalaya team, rescued a mentally ill woman named Rekha (35) from Mangalore Central Railway Station. She was admitted to the Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Home for Women.

ದಿನಾಂಕ 18.09.2024 ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಒಲಿವಿಯಾ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾರವರು, ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟಿಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜೋವಿಯಲ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡದವರ ಸಹಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದಿಂದ ರೇಖಾ(35) ಎಂಬ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಮಹಿಳೆಯನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಾಗಿ ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ವಿಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದರು.
