On January 27, 2024, a group of 14 male and 1 female residents from Kripa Bhavan and Maria Bhavan Charitable Trust in Kannur, who are suffering from mental illness, were admitted to Snehalaya Psychosocial Rehabilitation Centre for Men and Women in Manjeshwar. All of these patients were under the care and treatment at Kripa Bhavan. However, for their further care, treatment, and reunion, they have been admitted to Snehalaya.
Snehalaya is a well-known organization that provides all facilities for the treatment of mental illness and has successfully reunited more than 1000 people with their families all over India. Likewise, these 15 patients are also admitted in Snehalaya with the hope that they will be reunited withe their families. ದಿನಾಂಕ 27.01.2024ರಂದು ಕೇರಳದ ಕಣ್ಣೂರಿನ ಕೃಪಾ ಭವನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮರಿಯಾ ಭವನ್ ಆಶ್ರಮದ ಸುಮಾರು 15 ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳನ್ನು(14 ಪುರುಷರು+1 ಮಹಿಳೆ) ಅವರ ಮುಂದಿನ ಉತ್ತಮ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಆರೈಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಈ ವರೆಗೆ ಕೃಪಾ ಭವನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮರಿಯಾ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಈ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರನ್ನು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆಯ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆರೈಕೆಗೆ ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಮಿಕ್ಕಿ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿದ ಖ್ಯಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂಬ ಭರವಸೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
