Under the leadership of the Prison Ministry India and in collaboration with the Mangalore Central Jail authority, a transformative Mental Transformation Program was conducted within the confines of the jail premises. The event aimed at bringing positive changes to the lives of the inmates and fostering mental well-being.

The highlight of the program was the heartfelt sharing of life experiences by Bro Joseph Crasta, the esteemed Founder of Snehalaya Psycho Social Rehabilitation Centre, Manjeshwar. Through his inspiring narrative, Bro Joseph Crasta offered a beacon of hope and encouragement to the prisoners, motivating them to embrace transformation and seek a better future.

The event was graced by the presence of Mr. BT Obaleshwara, the Jailer of Mangalore Central Jail, who actively supported and facilitated the program. Mrs. Olivia Crasta, the founder cum secretary of Snehalaya, Mr. Jerome and Mrs. Hilda Lobo, and other members of the Prison Ministry India also participated in the event, sharing their expertise and experiences.

ಪ್ರಿಸನ್ ಮಿನಿಸ್ಟರಿ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಭಾಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರಾಗೃಹ, ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಇವರ ಸಹಾಭಾಗಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಮನಪರಿವರ್ತನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ   ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥರ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಬ್ರದರ್ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾ ರವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಜೀವನ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಇಂತಹ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿದ ಜೈಲ್ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ B T ಓಬಳೇಶ್ವರ, ಜೈಲರ್ ಹಾಗೂ PMI ನ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸಂಯೋಜಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜೇರೋಮ್, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಹೀಲ್ದಾ ಲೋಬೊ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಒಲಿವಿಯಾ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
