According to a news article published two days ago, a woman named Archana was rescued from the forests of Kollur by Mr. Vishu Shetty and the Kollur police and admitted to Snehalaya for further treatment. The Snehalaya team, responsible for the treatment, is pleased to announce that we have obtained the information about her family and parents. Archana’s father, Mr. Ramakrishna, visited and met her daughter at Snehalaya on 13/07/2023.
The dedicated efforts of Snehalaya’s counselors have proven fruitful. According to Archana’s father, she has completed her BA in Sociology. Unfortunately, she has been suffering from mental illness for the past eight years and has undergone treatment without success. On the 5th of July, she suddenly went missing from home, and family members were in search of her. As per the request of her father, the management has admitted her to ‘Snehalaya psycho social center for Women’ for further treatment and rehabilitation.
The organization hopes for her swift recovery and will provide the necessary support and assistance to help her overcome her challenges.
ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾದ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಅರ್ಚನಾ ಎಂಬ ಮಹಿಳೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲೂರಿನ ಅರಣ್ಯದಿಂದ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿಶು ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಲ್ಲೂರು ಪೊಲೀಸರು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಾಗಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡವು ಆ ಯುವತಿಯ ವಿಳಾಸ ಹಾಗು ಕುಟುಂಬದವರನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ ನಂತರ ಆತಳ ತಂದೆ ಇಂದು ದಿನಾಂಕ 13/07/2023 ರಂದು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತಳನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿಯಾದರು.
ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ ಅರ್ಚನಾಳ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು. ಆತಳ ತಂದೆ ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣರವರು ಹೇಳುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅರ್ಚನಾ ಬಿ. ಎ. ಪದವಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾಳೆ ಆದರೆ ಕಳೆದ 8 ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಅವಳು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಕಾಯಿಲೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತಿದ್ದಾಳೆ ಹಾಗು ನಿರಂತರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಸಿಗಲಿಲ್ಲ., ಹೀಗಿರುವಾಗ ಜುಲೈ ತಿಂಗಳ 5ನೇ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಅವರು ಮನೆಯಿಂದ ಅಕಸ್ಮಾತ್ ಕಾಣೆಯಾದರು ಮತ್ತು ಮನೆಯವರು ಅವಳನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಭೀತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾತುರದಿಂದ ಹುಡುಕುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.. ಸಧ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಳ ತಂದೆಯ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಅವಳನ್ನು ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
