On 10/01/2021 A destitute named Govinda Raju who was wandering near K.S.R.T.C Bus stand Mangalore was rescued and admitted to Snehalaya by our founder Bro Joseph Crasta. During the time of admission, he was very weak and was suffering from Psychiatric problems.
Due to our counseling sessions and therapeutic activities, he started to recover from his mental illness and he shared some details about his whereabouts. Then he was sent to Shraddha Mumbai for further reunion process.
On 31/03/2023 he was successfully reunited with his family at Salem, Tamilnadu. His elder sister received him and she was very happy to see him after a long time of separation. According to his family, Govinda Raju has four sisters, and father is expired and the mother lives with the younger sister. The financial condition of the family is very poor.
The team provided 2 months of medicines and a treatment plan. The family expressed heartfelt gratitude towards both Shraddha and Snehalaya Centres for their selfless service.
ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನ ಸೇಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಗೊವಿಂದ ರಾಜುರವರ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನ
ದಿನಾಂಕ 10/01/2021 ರಂದು ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ KSRTC ಬಸ್ಸು ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ ಬಳಿ ಅಲೆದಾಡುತಿದ್ದ ಗೊವಿಂದ ರಾಜು ಎಂಬ ನಿರ್ಗತಿಕನನ್ನು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಬ್ರ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಕ್ರ್ರಾಸ್ತಾರವರು ರಕ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ದಾಖಲಾತಿಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಶಾರಿರಿಕವಾಗಿ ದುರ್ಬಲರಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಹಾಗು ಆಪ್ತಸಮಾಲೊಚನೆಗಳ ಕಾರಣ ಅವರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮೇಣ ಚೇತರಿಕೆ ಕಂಡುಬಂತು ಹಾಗು ಮುಂದಿನ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರೀಯೆಗಾಗಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮುಂಬೈನ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ದಿನಾಂಕ 31/03/2023 ರಂದು ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನ ಸೇಲಂನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನರಾದರು. ಅವರ ಅಕ್ಕ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಗೊವಿಂದ ರಾಜು ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಸಹೋದರಿಯರಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ತಂದೆಯ ದೆಹಾಂತವಾಗಿದ್ದು ತಾಯಿ ಕಿರಿಯ ಸಹೋದರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಾಸಿಸುತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯು ಕೆಟ್ಟದಾಗಿದೆ.
ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಂಡವು ಎರಡು ತಿಂಗಳ ಔಷಧಿ ಹಾಗು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿತು. ಕುಟುಂಬವು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಹಾಗು ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಮಾನವೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ತುಂಬು ಹೃದಯದ ಕೃತಜ್ನತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿತು.
