After her care and treatment and participation in different therapeutic activities, she could maintain her psychiatric issues. On 8.8.22. she was sent to Shraddha Foundation Mumbai for further reunion process.

On 7.9.22, Arathi was happily reunited with her sister-in-law in Baruwa village of U.P. Her sister-in-law stated that Arathi was missing for 8 years, and due to the death of her child, she got mentally depressed. Even her husband left her and because of loneliness, she developed psychiatric issues.

Her sister-in-law took the responsibility of taking care of Arathi and thanked Snehalaya Psycho-Social Rehabilitation Home for Women and Shraddha Foundation for caring for Arathi and reuniting her with the family.

ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೆಶದ ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆರತಿ ಅವರ ಸಂತೋಷದ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನ

ಸುಮಾರು 40 ವರ್ಷ ಪ್ರಾಯದ ಆರತಿಯನ್ನು ಕುಂಬಳೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಠಾಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರು ದಿನಾಂಕ 25.3.22 ರಂದು ಕುಂಬಳೆ ಕಾಸರಗೋಡಿನ ಬೀದಿಯಿಂದ ಕರೆತಂದರು. ತನ್ನಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ, ನಗುತ್ತಿರುವ, ಅಸಂಬದ್ದ ಮಾತುಕತೆ, ಆಕ್ರಮಣಶೀಲತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾರೀರಿಕ ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಸೈಕೋ – ಸೋಶಿಯಲ್ ರಿಹ್ಯಾಬಿಲಿಟೇಶನ್ ‘ಹೋಮ್ ಫಾರ್ ವುಮೆನ್‌’ ಗೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

 ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಾದ ನಂತರ, ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ, ಔಷಧಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ  ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಅವಳ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಕಂಡುಬಂತು. ಕ್ರಮೇಣ ಅವಳು ತನ್ನ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಬದುಕನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಳು. ದಿನಾಂಕ 8.8.22 ರಂದು. ಮುಂದಿನ ಪುನರ್ಮಿಲನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಾಗಿ ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಮುಂಬೈಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ತಾ. 7.9.22 ರಂದು ಆರತಿ ತನ್ನ ಅತ್ತಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಬರುವಾ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಭೇಟಿಯಾದಳು. ಆರತಿ ಕಳೆದ 8 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಮಗುವಿನ ಸಾವಿನಿಂದ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಖಿನ್ನತೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದಳು ಎಂದು ಆಕೆಯ ಸೊಸೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆಕೆಯ ಪತಿ ಕೂಡ ಅವಳನ್ನು ತೊರೆದರು ಮತ್ತು ಒಂಟಿತನದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.

ಆಕೆಯ ಅತ್ತಿಗೆ ಆರತಿಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡರು ಮತ್ತು ಆರತಿಯವರನ್ನು ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೆ ಸೇರಿಸಲು ಕಾಳಜಿ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಸೈಕೋ-ಸೋಶಿಯಲ್ ರಿಹ್ಯಾಬಿಲಿಟೇಶನ್ ಹೋಮ್ ಫಾರ್ ವುಮೆನ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್‌ಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.
