Dulal aged 49 was brought to Snehalaya, Manjeshwar from Snehalayam Missionaries of Charity Kannur on 20/05/22 under Pratyasha Project for the reunion process.
When admitted to Snehalaya Dulal still had the symptoms of psychiatric problems like mood swings. He was encouraged to participate in different therapeutic activities and underwent counselling sessions too. He slowly began to show improvement in his behaviour. He also shared some of the details about his family and native. Team Snehalaya came to know that he hails from Ganda Bordi of Raigarh District of Chhattisgarh. Team members also tried to contact his family. With the help of Police, Revenue officials and Lay leaders, team members were successful in tracing his family. Through telephonic conversation, they agreed to come to Snehalaya.
On 07/07/22 his brother Melaram Setnami along with two Police constables,two officers from the Revenue department and Lay Leader from Chhattisgarh came to Snehalaya . They were happy to see Dulal who was missing from 15 years. All the officials and the people from Chhattisgarh expressed their thankfulness towards Snehalaya Manjeshwar and Snehalayam Missionaries of Charity Kannur .
ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದಿಂದ ಛತ್ತೀಸ್‌ಗಢಕ್ಕೆ: 15 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಸೇರಿದ ದುಲಾಲ್
ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಶಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ 20/05/22 ರಂದು ಕಣ್ಣೂರಿನ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಂ ಮಿಷನರೀಸ್ ಆಫ್ ಚಾರಿಟಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ 49 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ದುಲಾಲ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತರಲಾಯಿತು.
ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ದಾಖಲಾದಾಗಲೂ ದುಲಾಲ್‌ಗೆ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳಿದ್ದವು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ವೈದ್ಯರ ಸಲಹೆಯಂತೆ ಆತನ ಚಿಕೆತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲಯಿತು. ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆಯ ಅವಧಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು . ಆತನು ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ತನ್ನ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಲಾರಂಭಿಸಿದನು. ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಆತನು ಛತ್ತೀಸ್‌ಗಢದ ರಾಯಗಢ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಬೋರ್ಡಿಯವರು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಖಾತರಿಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು . ಮತ್ತು ಆತನ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರು. ಪೊಲೀಸರು, ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಖಂಡರ ನೆರವಿನಿಂದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಆತನ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಹಚ್ಚುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾದರು . ದೂರವಾಣಿ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಮಾತುಕತೆಯಂತೆ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡರು.
07/07/22 ರಂದು ಇಬ್ಬರು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು , ಇಬ್ಬರು ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಮುಖಂಡರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆತನ ಸಹೋದರ ಮೆಲಾರಾಮ್ ಸೇಟ್ನಾಮಿ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದರು. 15 ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ದುಲಾಲ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಂಡು ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರು ಸಂತಸಪಟ್ಟರು. ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ದುಲಾಲ್ ನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ, ಆರೈಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ಅವಶ್ಯಕ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಿ ಮತ್ತೆ ಆತನನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಲು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸಿದ ಮಂಜೇಶ್ವರದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕಣ್ಣೂರಿನ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಂ ಮಿಷನರೀಸ್ ಆಫ್ ಚಾರಿಟಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
