On 28.05.2022 Snehalaya Charitable Trust ( R ) in Collaboration with Anirvedha Resource Centre for Psychological Wellbeing, Kadri Mangalore organized a capacity building training for the  staff of Snehalaya Psycho – Social Rehabilitation Centre  for Men, Snehalaya Psycho – Social Rehabilitation Home  for Women and Snehalaya Old age Home. Ms. Greeshma Saldana – Speech Therapist and Ms. Risha – Counsellor of Anirvedha conducted a very interactive session on Stress Management & Mental Hygiene. During this session group interactions and discussions along with self-care strategies and cognitive restructuring took place. Mrs Olivia K L Trustee com Secretary of  Snehalaya was the guest of honour for this programme
