Under the Pratyasha project Ragi Bai aged 62 was brought to Snehalaya from Snehabhavan, Arayangadu, Kannur on 24/01/22, for Re-Union process.
After the admission at Snehalaya, she participated in our all therapeutic activities as well indoor and our door activities.
Snehalaya team tried their best to trace Ragi Bai’s address. Continuous counseling, helped us to trace her family when she revealed her whereabouts one of those sessions.
Snehalaya team contacted her family and started their journey to her family at Basmath, Mingoli ,Maharastra. Her son welcomed Snehalaya team as well Ragi Bai with Floral garlands and Lots of happiness.
According to her son, Ragi Bai had mental illness and was under treatment at Akola hospital. She went missing eight years ago. Family searched for her everywhere but it was not fruitful. She has three children.
On 04.03.2022, the family rejoiced to see their missing mother after eight years in a better mental condition. They showed their gratitude towards both the centres for taking good care of their mother and made this reunion possible. Snehalaya team provided medicines and instructed them about the treatment.
ಕುಟುಂಬದವರಿ೦ದ ಕಾಣೆಯಾದ ರಾಗಿ ಬಾಯಿ, 8 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರೊ೦ದಿಗೆ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ.
ಪ್ರತ್ಯಶಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ 62 ವರ್ಷ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನ ರಾಗಿ ಬಾಯಿಯನ್ನು 24/01/22 ರಂದು ಮರು ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕಣ್ಣೂರಿನ ಅರೆಯಂಗಾಡು, ಸ್ನೇಹಭವನದಿಂದ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆತರಲಾಯಿತು.
ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾದ ನಂತರ, ಅವರು ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು, ಒಳಾಂಗಣ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊರಾಂಗಣ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು.
ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡವು ರಾಗಿ ಬಾಯಿಯ ವಿಳಾಸವನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿತು. ನಿರಂತರ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆಯ ನಂತರ, ರಾಗಿ ಬಾಯಿಯ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಹಚ್ಚಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಆಕೆಯು ವಿಳಾಸವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಳು.
ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡವು ಆಕೆಯ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಮಿಂಗೋಲಿಯ ಬಾಸ್ಮತ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಯಾಣವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಬಿ ಸಿದರು. ಅವರ ಮಗ ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡದ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ರಾಗಿ ಬಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಹೂವಿನ ಹಾರವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ ಬಹು ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು.
ಆಕೆಯ ಮಗನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ರಾಗಿ ಬಾಯಿ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅಕೋಲಾ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಎಂಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಳು. ಕುಟುಂಬಸ್ಥರು ಆಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಹುಡುಕಾಡಿದರೂ ಫಲಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆಕೆಗೆ ಮೂರು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
04.03.2022 ರಂದು, ಎಂಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಉತ್ತಮವಾದ ಮಾನಸಿಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಕಂಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆಕೆಯ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಸಂತೋಷಪಟ್ಟರು. ತಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಎರಡೂ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು. ಸ್ನೇಹಾಲಯ ತಂಡವು ಮುಂದಿನ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗಾಗಿ ಔಷದಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯರ ಸಲಹೆಯ ಚೀಟಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು.
