Vaccinations is said to be an important part of every individual, family and public health. Vaccines prevent the spread of contagious, dangerous, and deadly diseases. These include measles, polio, mumps, chicken pox, whooping cough, diphtheria, and HPV etc
Of the present pandemic the Government has arranged a vaccine process against COVID. Snehalaya’s 227 residents, all the staff and trustees got their covishield vaccination. The District Medical Officer Dr Ramdas AV personally visited the camp and special thanks goes to CHC Manjeswara health unit for their coordination and service. Snehalaya is grateful & appreciate the Government initiative for reaching out to institutional residents.
